Lecturer Course Workload Schedule
For lecturers teaching a full academic year (3 quarters):
- 6 courses (IWC) per year = 100% for the academic year (6 IWC = 100%)
For lecturers teaching two quarters:
- 4 courses (IWC) over two quarters = 100% for each of the two quarters (4 IWC = 100%)
For lecturers teaching one quarter:
- 2 courses (IWC) in the given quarter = 100% for that quarter (2 IWC = 100%)
Lower Division lecture courses with sections shall count as one course.
- Teaching one section of one lower-division lecture course = .5 of a course (IWC)
- Teaching the 375 course (TA supervision for that course) = .5 of a course (IWC)
